Eclipse

For the Love of God is a sculpture by Damien Hirst. It’s a platinum cast of a human skull covered with 8,601 diamonds.   When I first saw this sculpture I was immediately attracted to it… The work that was put into this piece of art is incredible! Diamonds are the hardest natural mineral in the world, just like our souls. From my point this piece of art represents how strong we are. Even after we die, a part of us will still be alive.
